How it Works

Open our app or access your account through any browser to submit an order in less than 60 seconds. Our detailed, easy-to-navigate order form gives unique image prompts depending on brand and category. Our app is free to download and requires no additional device, membership or start-up fees. Multiple teammates can also be logged into the same account and submitting items simultaneously. Click the button below to view our image requirements.

Typically, two or more brand experts authenticate each order to help ensure accuracy for every determination. Basic Authentications are processed within 24 hours of sufficient images being received. 12 turnaround is also available for an additional fee, and 1 hour turnaround is available daily between the hours of 10am - 8pm PST. Orders live in your account indefinitely for future reference, with the option to add upgrades like official documentation at any time.

3. 인증 받기

When purchased, Certificates of Authenticity will auto-generate instantly once an order is approved as Authentic. All documentation features an anti-tampering security QR code that when scanned, directs the user to a public view of all order images for the universally transparent ability to cross-check any item in real time. The name on each certificate may also be customized to your preference at the time of submission.
